SUMMARY
The ‘Getting Practical’ workshop hosted by RJC and moderated by BSR on how to advance Gender Equality in the jewellery sector, proposes a 75-minute webinar to be held for RJC members, relevant stakeholders, and partners in the industry. The agenda will build off the previous ‘Generation Equality – SDG 5 in Action’ roundtables, the Diversity & Inclusion survey, and the launch of the ‘Gender Equality Report’. This webinar will be a training workshop that focuses on the status and challenges of SDG 5 in the industry and discusses concrete steps on how to advance gender equality within your organisation across four key dimensions: commitments and policies, talent attraction, retention and training, creating a culture of inclusion, and value chain initiatives.
